Order Tracking

Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: Contact us with your order number. We will file a claim with the carrier and, if approved, resend the item or issue a refund.
- Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.

You (the recipient) are responsible for providing a valid phone number and address. Comfort Zone is not liable for misdelivered packages due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
